Amy Radcliffe – Singer Songwriter
Amy Ratcliffe is a Singer – Songwriter. Originally born in South Africa. She lived there until she was nine when she moved to the UK and followed her love of music. She goes by the name of Amandala, this is a word used by the anti-apartheid movement in South Africa, which means power. Amy is a very accomplished musician she is classically trained on the piano, reads & writes music and is also amazing singer songwriter.
She has a BS hons in Performance and Recording and has just just finished her Masters in Record Production. She has just landed a fantastic job as a producer/sound engineer with Rudimental a well known international, multi platinum disc band who also produce music for others such as Jess Glynne. After hearing Amy’s music, Rudimental are asking her to write music along side them.
Amy is certainly setting out to take the world by storm.
Amy wanted a wide range of images not only to show her as the Singer / Songwriter that she is, but also to show that she works on all aspects of her business. Her main focus for the day was a wide and varied set of Headshots, images of herself in very different settings with different vibes. Her feeling was that, she potentially wanted to use these images not only for her social media and website, but possibly album covers, flyers for when she’s going to be preforming.
Amy’s main concern was that she was quite young she’s 22 and she didn’t know how this kind of shoot would work for her. The day itself was great fun. With the usual adaptations for the weather, several outfits, many props and as importantly, detailed planning in advance she can now add 100+ brand photographs to her image library, ready to go on her website and social media anytime. As easy as that.
She was incredibly happy with the images.
I’m looking forward to working with her again on future shoots.
